School Closure Due To Extreem Weather Conditions

School Closed Today - Friday 10th March 2023 Dear Parents and Carers, After a lot of thought and taking into consideration the forecast for heavy snow for the next few hours, and the closure of other schools. The chair of governors and I have taken the difficult decision to close today. We don’t want to put our pupils or staff at risk by making them travel during the worse of the weather and yesterday some pupils were on transport for 2 hours. We appreciate the weather may improve this afternoon. However, following the met offices current forecast. We feel this is the correct decision with the information we have at present.
