It has been a busy end to November in the Forest, with lots of different activities taking place. Classes have been involved with lots of crafting from making beautiful tree prints using ferns, to threading fir trees and using the hand drills to start making wooden snowmen. On Tuesday 1H followed the footprints around the forest and matched them to the animal that made them. While 2T made some beautiful Forest crowns and used the clay to make some lovely pine cone decorations. We have also had lots of free activities from building, exploring what floats and what sinks, counting and decorating a Pine tree with cones.
