We have had a short week in the Forest. We were sad to find our Tarp had torn in the storm on Tuesday but had a busy morning collecting lots of fallen branches and twigs in the wheelbarrow. These will be wonderful for our Fires next week. 1R and 1H used some Rosemary from the Forest to make Rosemary Christmas trees. We smelt and tasted the Rosemary and agreed our Tree’s smelt beautiful. Both classes sat beautifully around the campfire and are looking forward to cooking outside next week. 2T varnished their clay Fir cone tiles. They added red paint to the varnish and carefully painted both sides ready to hang. On Wednesday 3H finished off the snowmen that they drilled and painted last week, by threading them together and using pens to give them features. We think they look amazing!
